Returns
You may return an item at any time from the date you received it.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return process.
Once we receive your returned item, you will be notified via email and WhatsApp. To ensure smooth communication, please provide a valid WhatsApp number and an active email address.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card or original payment method.
Refunds typically take up to 21 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
For refunds requested through alternative methods, processing may take up to 21 days.
Shipping
If the return is due to an issue with size, color, or style selected by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the error is on Tribal Culture’s part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
