Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and promptly notify you about its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original payment method.
Refunds will be credited within 21 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. For refunds requested through alternative methods, it may take up to 21 days to process the payment.

Shipping

If the return is due to an issue with size, color, or style selected by you, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

However, if the mistake is on Tribal Culture’s part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
